There are four large warehouses close to our Head Office at Wadi Kabir. One is exclusively used for Pharmaceutical products and the others are used to store Consumer, Surgical, and Laboratory products and Equipment. There is also a depot in Sohar, to serve the nearby customers quickly. Plans are in the finishing stages to open another depot in another town, with the idea of serving the customers as fast as possible.

The warehouses are centrally air-conditioned. Temperature is recorded daily, as per standard procedure. Biological and other temperature sensitive products are kept at the required temperatures.

The warehouses use the most modern storage systems. Products and storage places are identified by computer codes. With over 25,000 items in stock, the inventory system is computerised. The total area of the warehouses is over 6825 square metres (internal eves height of 6.2 metre), and are managed by qualified and well experienced staff.
